Video & Bulletin Announcement Guidelines
Format Types:
1. 60 Second Promo (4 Weeks Notice to Air Date)
  a. A church wide event that involves heavy promotion
  b. Air Quantity will be determined by Production Management.
2. 30 Second Promo (3 Weeks Notice to Air Date)
  a. Suitable for a specialized event that TV/Media deem as important enough for extra focus. Examples would be Pinewood Derby, Ladies Retreat, Men’s Retreat, Special Access Service, etc. Basically once a year events that are a little more special and warrant a longer announcement.
  b. No more then 3 air dates.
3. 15 Second Promo (2 Weeks Notice to Air Date)
  a. Most if not all of the promos should fall into this category of normal announcements for events that happen on a weekly basis.
  b. No more then 2 air dates

If an Announcement does not fall into these guidelines, or it is turned in after Monday 8:00am the announcement WILL NOT AIR. No exceptions.

Following guidelines does not guarantee that your announcement will air. The 2pm Monday meeting and its participants are the final authority and that meeting makes all determinations on airing announcements


e-Bulletin Announcement Guidelines

1.       E-Bulletin Announcement submitted online by 10:00 AM on Monday for inclusion that week. Exceptions only if offices are closed because of a holiday.
