Music Ministry

Worship Band

These skilled musicians minister on Sunday mornings during our 10:00 am service. Rehearsal is held on Sunday mornings from 8:00-9:00am in the Worship Center Auditorium.

Dance Team

Calvary Dance Team ministers to the body through expressive worship and consists of people of all skill levels who have a heart to worship God as David, Miriam and many others did through the dance.

Gospel Choir

This group offers "open membership" for adults who wish to sing "gospel music." Rehearsals are held in the Pastors' Ready Room in the upstairs Worship Center from 5:45 - 6:45 PM, Wednesday evenings, September through May. Director: Dave Schmidt.

PowerFull Praise

Led by Pastor Wally Gilmour, this dynamic ministry group is made up of skilled singers and musicians from various churches, all with a heart for evangelism. PowerFull Praise members minister with worship, testimony, prayer and intercession in correctional facilities and local missions on weekends, once or twice per month. Rehearsals are held the Thursday evening before the ministry event from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the choir room.

Calvary Praise Choir

Calvary's main adult choir ministers each Sunday during the 10:00am service and at special services throughout the year. Above musical talent, a sincere heart of worship is the key to ministry with the choir. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm in the choir room, and 8:30am on Sunday mornings in the Worship Center Auditorium. The Calvary Praise Choir welcomes visitors to all rehearsals.
