Kids, Moms and Dads, join us on Wednesday, October 31st from 7:00 - 9:00 PM for "Candy Land featuring Miss PattyCake!" The evening starts with sing-a-long, play-a-long, learn-a-long event for the entire family with Miss PattyCake in the Hall Family Life Center (Gym). Following the show, there will be a Bible costume contest with prizes awarded for the most creative outfits. After the costume judging, the children will walk through a life-size version of "Candy Land," which will be located throughout the Education Building. Start down a sweet road full of surprises as you wind down different "destinations," such as the Peppermint Forest, Peanut Brittle House, Molasses Swamp, Lollipop Woods, Licorice Castle, Gumdrop Mountains, Gingerbread Plum Trees, and the biggest Candy Castle ever!

Ways People Can Help

A great way for the congregation to help make Candy Land a success is by providing donations of individually-wrapped candy. Please drop off your donation at the displays located in both the House or Education Building Foyers by Sunday, October 28th. If you'd like to be part of our CandyLand night, please drop by the sign up board in the Education Building Foyer to find your place on the team!

With two hands to clap, one heart to love, and voice to sing - sing - sing, Miss PattyCake, also known as Jean Thomason, has been capturing the attention of toddlers and preschoolers for more 15 years while wearing her infamous green jumper. She is continually amazed of the power that music has in the lives of little ones. Watching children, sing, shout, clap, and do hand motions has convinced her that music is the fastest and most permanent way teach children about God and His love for them.
